It is heartbreaking to finally receive that beautiful glass or glasses that you ordered only to open the parcel and find one or more broken pieces.
At Kiss Our Glasses every glass is wrapped individually in tissue paper and then brown paper and secured with tape then surrounded by recyclable Honeycomb packing paper. The pieces are then supported by packing pieces in a large enough box so that they do not touch the sides and then the voids are filled with recyclable materials like newspaper and wood wool to ensure all pieces are secure.
Recycled Materials
We use recycled materials where possible. Newspaper, Honeycomb packing wrap, Wood wool and tissue paper. We also reuse and recycle our packing boxes from wine boxes to truck part boxes!! No sturdy box is refused.
The boxes are secured with Kraft paper tape and unfortunately red plastic fragile tape which is why we say we use 99% recyclable wrapping!
Replacements
If one of your items does unfortunately arrive broken, then please contact us. We will do our best to find a replacement piece for you at no extra cost.
