SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

For most orders, please allow up to three (3) days to process before dispatch. The only exception to this is orders placed with Express Post, where the order is processed and dispatched within 24 hours from placement (if order is placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday then Monday will be dispatch day).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

1-5 business days depending on location. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

DAMAGES + MISPLACED PACKAGES

Contact & file through shipping carrier, each package has up to $100 insurance included. If you have any questions, please fill out our ‘contact us’ form. Please save all packaging materials & damaged good before filing a claim.

PICK UP OPTION:

Orders can be collected from our office by appointment only.

To organise collection please complete your order and send us a message. Once your order is ready for collection an email is sent to the email address associated with your order. Once you have collected your order, all postage charges will be refunded straight away (we hold onto the postage charge just in case something comes up and you need your items posted out.)

DOMESTIC SHIPPING, AUSTRALIA WIDE

All orders are dispatched with Australia Post via STANDARD POST or EXPRESS POST, with both options being available at checkout.

Standard Post – shipping is capped Australia Wide at $15 for under 2kg, $20 for greater than 2kgs, $25 for greater than 5kg.

Express Post – prices are dependent on weight, which is calculated at the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, WORLD-WIDE

Please contact us advising the product you are after and your address. We will then send you an estimate of the shipping cost.

In terms of delivery timeframes, as an example, shipping to the United States can take between 7 – 15 days, depending on location. Each country is different however, so please contact us if you require your order by a certain date.

Please note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer to ensure that these charges are paid to be able to receive your goods.

We make every effort to pack all our breakable items in recycled/environmentally friendly packaging to ensure they arrive to you safely.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT PACKAGING OF YOUR GLASSES SO THEY ARRIVE UNBROKEN IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.
