REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the fragile nature of our vintage items!
Buyers, please examine all photos carefully as we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the fragile nature and possibility of breakage or damage to our vintage/retro pieces when being shipped back.
TO BE NOTED:
Keeping in mind that all items are sourced second hand, they may show signs of wear and tear. Please use photos as part of description as they will show any flaws the item might have. Please examine all photos carefully and read the description of the item thoroughly before purchasing an item. If you have any questions at all, please fill in our 'contact us' form.
FULL DISCLOSURE: We are not antique dealers or experts. All the information we have gathered is from our own online research and trying to describe our items to the best of our knowledge. Colours in real life might be slightly different to image. We try our best but are not professional photographers either.
DAMAGES.
If your item is damaged (broken) in transit please contact and file a complaint through the shipping carrier (Australia Post) and provide clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging, each parcel has up to $100 insurance included. If you have any questions, please fill in our 'contact us' form and we will assist you in any way we can.
Please feel free to ‘contact us’ if any breakage has occurred as it is quite possible that we can replace a broken item or offer you a partial refund depending on the circumstances. Please also provide us with clear photos of the damaged item, as well as packaging.
