  • Safe & Eco-Friendly: We pack breakables securely using recycled and eco-friendly materials. Our postage rates reflect the extra care and heavy-duty packaging required to get your glassware to you in one piece.
Free Local Pick-Up (Lismore, NSW)
  • Available by appointment only in Lismore, NSW.
  • How it works: Complete your purchase online with standard shipping. Message us to arrange a collection time. Once you safely collect your items, your shipping fee will be refunded immediately!
Refunds, Exchanges & Damages
  • Change of Mind: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please view all photos and descriptions carefully.
  • Damaged in Transit: We pack with extreme care, but we cannot control the postal service once it leaves our hands. If your item arrives damaged, please file a "Damaged Parcel Report" directly with Australia Post (you will need photos of the box, packaging, and the broken item).
