Shipping policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

1-5 business days depending on location. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

DAMAGES + MISPLACED PACKAGES

Contact & file through shipping carrier, each package has up to $100 insurance included. If you have any questions please fill out our ‘contact us’ form. Please save all packaging materials & damaged good before filing a claim.

OVERSEAS BUYERS PLEASE MAKE CONTACT WITH US FIRST SO WE CAN QUOTE ON POSTAGE BEFORE YOU MAKE PURCHASE.

For United Kingdom Customers:

Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) and customs duties upon delivery. Please note:

  • VAT and customs charges are not included in your order total at checkout
  • These charges are determined by UK customs and are the responsibility of the recipient
  • You will be contacted by the carrier to arrange payment before delivery
  • The amount charged will depend on the value of your order and the type of products purchased
  • Refusal to pay these charges may result in your order being returned to us, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend budgeting for approximately 20% VAT plus any applicable customs duties on your order value.



We make every effort to pack all our breakable items in recycled/environmentally friendly packaging to ensure they arrive to you safely.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT PACKAGING OF YOUR GLASSES SO THEY ARRIVE UNBROKEN IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.
So if you feel the postage my be a bit high it is only because we want to make sure your order is packaged so no damage is caused during postage.

Pick up option:
If you would like to save on postage pick up is an option. Pick up location is Lismore NSW - appointment only. To organise collection please complete your order and send us a message. Once your order has been collected all postage charges will be refunded straight away (we hold onto the postage charge just in case something comes up and you need your items posted out.)
