• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives broken, you must message us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Australia Post Requirements: Please provide clear photos of the damaged item AND the outer packaging/box showing the shipping label. Per Australia Post regulations, do not discard the item or packaging, as they may require you to present them at a local post office for assessment before compensation is approved.

• Free Local Pick-Up: Available by appointment only from Lismore, NSW. Complete your order online with standard postage at checkout, then message us to arrange a collection time. Your postage charges will be refunded immediately upon pick-up.

• 48-Hour Reporting: If your order arrives broken, you must message us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof.

• Photo Proof Required: We require photos of the broken glassware AND the outer box showing the Australia Post shipping label.

• Australia Post Inspection: Per Australia Post regulations, you must take the broken item and all packaging to a local post office for inspection before a refund or replacement can be issued.

• Do Not Discard: Keep all items and packaging. We cannot process claims if the broken items or boxes are thrown away.
