PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT PACKAGING OF YOUR GLASSES SO THEY ARRIVE UNBROKEN IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.
So if you feel the postage my be a bit high it is only because we want to make sure your order is packaged so no damage is caused during postage.
Pick up option:
If you would like to save on postage pick up is an option. Pick up location is Lismore NSW - appointment only. To organise collection please complete your order and send us a message. Once your order has been collected all postage charges will be refunded straight away (we hold onto the postage charge just in case something comes up and you need your items posted out.)
Refunds and exchange:
There will be no refunds or exchange for change of mind so please read description carefully and view all provided photos.
We are also happy to answer any further questions you may have.
If your item is damaged on arrival we will not take responsibility for this.
All parcels are packed very carefully using appropriate packing materials so if an item arrives damaged please contact the postal service and issue a damaged parcel report. They will require photos of damage/ packaging used/ proof of purchase/ postage label. Once the parcel leaves us it’s up to the postal service to care for your parcel. BEFORE YOU BUY — VINTAGE SIZING CHECKLIST:
• Measure Your Set: Vintage crystal series were made in multiple similar sizes (e.g., White Wine vs. Red Wine). Check your existing glass height before buying.
• Check the Dimensions: Please review the exact Height, Rim Width, listed in our description below.
• Note Handcrafted Variations: Minor 1–3mm differences in height or glass thickness are normal for vintage mouth-blown crystal.
• All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns for sizing mismatches if the dimensions match our description.
Store Return Policy
All Sales Are Final: Due to the rare, unique, and highly fragile nature of our curated vintage inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
• Sizing Responsibility: Exact dimensions (height and rim diameter) are provided in the main description below. Please measure your existing collection carefully prior to purchase to ensure a match.
• Full Terms: For exceptional circumstances or complete details, please refer to our full Returns & Refunds Policy page in our website footer.
Shipping and Safe Packaging
• Eco-Friendly Packing: We use recycled and environmentally friendly materials to wrap all breakable items securely.
• Safe Transit Guarantee: Protecting your fragile glassware is our highest priority. Our shipping rates account for the protective materials needed to ensure your items arrive completely undamaged.
• Carrier: All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking included.
• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives broken, you must message us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Australia Post Requirements: Please provide clear photos of the damaged item AND the outer packaging/box showing the shipping label. Per Australia Post regulations, do not discard the item or packaging, as they may require you to present them at a local post office for assessment before compensation is approved.
• Free Local Pick-Up: Available by appointment only from Lismore, NSW. Complete your order online with standard postage at checkout, then message us to arrange a collection time. Your postage charges will be refunded immediately upon pick-up.
Damaged in Transit
• 48-Hour Reporting: If your order arrives broken, you must message us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof.
• Photo Proof Required: We require photos of the broken glassware AND the outer box showing the Australia Post shipping label.
• Australia Post Inspection: Per Australia Post regulations, you must take the broken item and all packaging to a local post office for inspection before a refund or replacement can be issued.
• Do Not Discard: Keep all items and packaging. We cannot process claims if the broken items or boxes are thrown away.
